Paul was in training and doing other things for much of the time, but we did get to do a few things all together. Here are some highlights.
Washington DC Temple
At church one Sunday, Sydney got a little “Faith” pot in primary with some seeds in it. We weren’t going to be able to take them with us to Belgium, so we gave the plant to our friend, Holly Kirking when she came to hang out with us at the pool. She worked with Paul at the Embassy in Honduras and is in DC learning Chinese before her move to China. Last week, Holly sent me a photo of the plant to show Sydney how her faith seeds had grown. So Big!
On the hottest day ever recorded in DC, Suyapa and I dragged all the girls downtown to see the White house.
