We received permission from Tommy's awesome Mission President to hand deliver his Christmas presents and take him and his companion lunch. So after the chaos at our house Christmas morning, we loaded everything in the car and drove 3 hours to Saarbruken, Gemany. The girls had new movies to enjoy and the drive was relativlely pleasant.
It was so great to see Tommy. You could just tell he was so fired up about his mission and he was doing great.
We brought our antlers and Tommy joined us to sing the Reindeer song for his companion.
Rachel was born after Tommy left on his mission but for some reason she just attached herself to him and wouldn't let go. The poor guy could barely eat his lunch because we couldn't peel her from him.
It was fun to see him get so excited about cold cereal and deoderant. Definitly a Christmas we won't forget
